What is a virtual brand you ask...
Well, we operate out of a commercial kitchen at Captain's Market in Trappe, Pa. but do not have a store front. This allows us to focus on what we do best - creating awesomely great gourmet creations.
We specialize in a full ine of scratch made, hand rolled Gourmet Stuffed Meatballs and also offer a full array of Italian selections originated from Manfredo's long Italian ancestry.

Each meatball is rolled by hand and filled with a unique flavor combination inside. Our Gourmet meatballs are then paired up with our scratch made sauces to round out the full culinary experience
