Manfredo’s is a family-owned business run by husband-and-wife team Blake and Taylor.

Our story is rooted in family, food, and the reality of everyday life. Raising two young boys and running a business, we know firsthand how quickly life gets busy and how exhausting the question “What’s for dinner?” can become night after night.

That’s a big part of why we created Manfredo’s.

We wanted to make it easier to put a delicious, comforting meal on the table without spending hours shopping, prepping, cooking, and cleaning. Our meals are fully cooked and made to be convenient ... simply heat, eat, and enjoy.

Food has always been an important part of both of our families.

Taylor brings the Italian traditions and flavors behind the Manfredo side of the family, while Blake brings the Polish and Hungarian influences of the Germuga family.

We’ve brought those backgrounds together to create Manfredo’s—a menu inspired by the foods we grew up with, the meals our families have shared, and the flavors we still love today.

From our signature stuffed meatballs and Italian classics to comforting heat-and-eat meals, our goal is simple: great food made easier.
